Adding Color to Your Wardrobe with Old Navy...part 1

 Does your wardrobe look a little dull? Especially coming out of the winter season! Want to experiment with some new colors? As we head into spring you may want to add peeks of fun color to your outfits... it always cheers me up in this last part of winter to add some bright pops of color each day.  I'm tired of all the dark colors at this point.  I searched Old Navy's selection and found some lively pops of color in a bunch of different items of clothing.  

First off is my favorite find from Old Navy...a GORGEOUS gold Oversized Hooded Coat.  I'm wearing an XS and it is definitely oversized which makes it just right for spring layers underneath.  It has a 2 way zipper which I always love as it allows adjustment so you can easily walk in this coat.  The large hood and water resistant fabric are also bonuses for the spring weather ahead.  

Next up are these Stretch Tech Cargo Joggers.  I wearing them in the Terrestrial Green in a size XS.  They also come in many other colors...including the gold like the coat above!  I love the cargo pockets and have been seeing these pop up on pants everywhere lately. The fabric is awesome; Stretch Tech is quick drying and has UV sun protection built it.  These pants are made to move with you and still be breathable!  I have them paired with the adorable light blue stripe long sleeve top (also comes in a cute orange stripe) and my new fav shoes the Veja Recife Logo in my true European size 37.

Add a punch of punch to your neutral wardrobe!  This half zip Textured Sweatshirt is so soft and almost has a fluffy texture to it. It is very light weight and will be a perfect spring layer.  I added it to a very neutral outfit underneath with a white Rib-Knit Tee in an XS, but I should have ordered a small as it was a bit too tight and cropped for my taste.  A pair of Stretch Tech Cropped Joggers in Wish Bone in an XS and finished it off with the Veja Recife Logo 3 strap shoes in my true European size 37.

I've been finding these longer length Sweat Shorts all over lately too! These were only $12 on sale and I thought the precious Paper Roses color was excellent!  I'm wearing the XS in these shorts which are a french terry material so lightweight and very soft.  They are an easy pull on style for a laid back vibe this spring and into summer.  I added the light blue stripe long sleeve top, my Dagne Dover Fanny Pack and the Veja Recife Logo 3 strap shoes to complete this outfit.

I could not decide which color to choose of this magnificent Bomber Jumpsuit. It is again made out of the Stretch Tech fabric we discussed above so it's very light weight, breathable and made to move!  I have it on in an XS in the forest shade color and the black.  I loved both but I think the black was just a bit more flattering on my body.  You can always add the cute Lemons and Oranges Bag for a pop of color on this outfit. The tote is only $8 and comes in a several colors and patterns.  Go check them out!

Yep, you know me, FLARES again!  : )  The Mythical color I have on in an XS is so cute...kind of a neutral purplish color that will pair well with a lot of brights or neutrals on top!  These are super soft but unfortunately were a bit too long for me (I have them rolled under for the photo), but should work great for those of you taller than me!
